The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® is one of the most advanced single-head heat presses. It offers the ability to print large volumes with 100% precision. The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® boasts countless advantages that make it unique and the best in its class.

compressed air operated

No manual pressure is required to operate the Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ®. At the touch of a button, you can close the press and print on your textiles. After the set time has elapsed, it opens automatically and swings to the side. Ready for the next print? Simply press the foot pedal and the heating element swings back to its starting position.

This swing-away function also ensures that the Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® provides a heat-free working area for the user. The Air Fusion IQ® is also equipped with Auto-Adjust-Pressure. This means that it automatically adjusts to the thickness of your textile - regardless of whether you are printing on a T-shirt or a jacket.

Digital displays

When using a heat press, three things are particularly important: time, temperature and pressure. The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® offers digital displays for all three, making it possible to print more precisely and efficiently than ever before.

How it works

In the Direct to Film (DTF) process, the desired motif for textile printing is first printed on a transfer film. A hot melt adhesive granulate is then applied and heated. This happens automatically in a single operation. The resulting transfer is later transferred to the textile using a hot press. The advantage of this process is its flexibility. A wide variety of textiles can be decorated: polyester, nylon, leather, but also classic cotton and mixed fabrics - without any pre-treatment.
