Azon Terra DTF oven (220V)

Special oven for baking transfer films for DTF printing , equipped with a heating membrane on the bottom to bake one film at a time. A3 format.

Adjustable temperature, front door that opens to insert trays. This model reaches operating temperature very quickly.

After printing with the DTF printer and dusting with DTF powder, all you need to do is cook the item in a preheated oven for 3 minutes at 90 degrees to finish printing.

How it works

In the Direct to Film (DTF) process, the desired motif for textile printing is first printed on a transfer film. A hot melt adhesive granulate is then applied and heated. This happens automatically in a single operation. The resulting transfer is later transferred to the textile using a hot press. The advantage of this process is its flexibility. A wide variety of textiles can be decorated: polyester, nylon, leather, but also classic cotton and mixed fabrics - without any pre-treatment.
