Azon Pronto DTF transfer film

Hot-Peel DTF Polyester Transfer Film is designed for making DFT heat transfers with DTF inkjet inks + adhesive powder on DTG printers. It is coated on both sides and offers excellent processing performance in DTF printers as there is less to no adhesive on the back side. It has excellent inkjet ink absorption properties that ensure sharp image quality and excellent hot and cold peelability.

The Azon transfer film is available in 100 sheets A4 and 100 sheets A3.

How it works

In the Direct to Film (DTF) process, the desired motif for textile printing is first printed on a transfer film. A hot melt adhesive granulate is then applied and heated. This happens automatically in a single operation. The resulting transfer is later transferred to the textile using a hot press. The advantage of this process is its flexibility. A wide variety of textiles can be decorated: polyester, nylon, leather, but also classic cotton and mixed fabrics - without any pre-treatment.
