Ricoh's most advanced digital DTG textile printer prints directly onto textiles in one step after internal pre-treatment. For ultimate flexibility, transfer films can also be printed using the DTF process in addition to DTG. The RICOH Ri 4000 prints on a wide range of materials, including 100% polyester and 100 % cotton and blended fabrics. The automatic enhancer system eliminates the need for manual pre-treatment.

    The first printhead carriage prints RICOH's pretreatment finishers. The second carriage applies the water-based white and CMYK garment inks.
