The Ri 1000, Ricoh's next generation direct-to-garment printer, prints brilliant and smooth graphics on a wide range of garments and textiles, opening up new business opportunities for you. The versatile and powerful system uses Ricoh's variable droplet inkjet technology to print high-resolution graphics on light and dark textiles using white and CMYK pigment inks. It is suitable for cotton and cotton-polyester blends and can be used to personalise T-shirts, tote bags and other garments.

The Ricoh Ri 2000 features genuine Ricoh printheads designed for speed, precision and durability. The result: impressive, high-resolution print quality and minimal maintenance requirements.

Single-pass printing at the highest speed: One set of print heads prints the white base coat, immediately followed by the second set responsible for the color layer. The industry-leading 7-inch touchscreen offers a brilliant full-color display, intuitive controls and an integrated interactive operating manual with intelligent notifications and maintenance reminders. Manual head cleaning is now a thing of the past. Instead of fiddling with cotton swabs and cloths, simply attach the cleaning device, add some cleaning solution and let the printer do the rest. Switch between different textile products in seconds by swapping the magnetic plates. With a print area of ​​up to 406 × 498 mm, even XL sizes are no problem. This gives you maximum flexibility with no significant downtime between print runs.

Easily switch between substrates of different thicknesses up to 30 mm. The automatic table height adjustment speeds up your workflow and ensures the highest print quality at all times thanks to the optimal table height.

In the direct-to-film process (DTF), the desired motif for textile printing is first printed on a transfer film. Then a hot melt adhesive granulate is applied and heated. This happens automatically in one step. The transfer created in this way is later transferred to the textile using a hot press. The advantage of this process is its flexibility.
A wide variety of textiles can be decorated:
Polyester, nylon, leather and also classic cotton and mixed materials – without any pre-treatment.

The Ricoh Pro DTF transfer film from European production impresses with its consistently high quality and thus enables permanently stable printing with reproducible results.
The newly developed coating ensures a particularly high ink absorption without bleeding. The print result impresses with brilliant colors, high density and a perfect white. The Pro DTF transfer film is also equipped with an antistatic coating and guarantees smooth further processing.
