Supplement to the i1PRO 3 and i1PRO 3 PLUS measuring head to automate manual measuring

Automatic measuring table for all i1PRO 3 measuring devices enables consistent and reliable measurement results, avoids manual measurement errors and increases productivity.

• Automatic holding of the substrate by electrostatic charging of the measuring surface
• Files for printing test charts and their reference files are available in the respective software programs, which also allow the control of the device

The measuring table i1iO 3 is not compatible
with i1Pro 1 and i1Pro 2 measuring devices!
