Online winding of printed material into solid, smooth rolls
Designed to be installed and operated in series with the OKI Pro Series label printer, the Matrix Remover is an all-in-one system capable of removing the waste material from the pre-cut media and rewinding it onto a 3" cardboard core with the finished printed labels facing outwards. The device is equipped with an external, automatically switching 100/240VAC - 2.5A at 24V power supply and an electronic circuit that is responsible for controlling the functions. Perfect trim labels can be produced on pre-cut media after the waste material has been removed from the artwork and the matrix is intact. This makes the production of edge-to-edge printed labels on a roll extremely easy and fast.
Once winding is complete, the core holder and finished roll are simply removed.
The rolls are now ready for an application, slitting or finishing process.
