4/5 years extension of the Return-to-Base (RTB) service CoverPlus Maintenance for CW-C3500
The CoverPlus Maintenance Return to Base service is offered to ensure the functionality and operational readiness of your Epson products. If your product develops a fault, please send it to an authorised Epson service centre. The target repair time is 5 days from the day the device is received at the repair centre. This service includes all parts, excluding consumables/options (e.g. feed rollers and maintenance tanks) which can be purchased and fitted by the end user. A full list of these parts can be found in the product specifications online at www.epson.eu. The CoverPlus maintenance package also offers the option to perform a functional check virtually (remotely) or by phone during the contract period. The C3500 allows you to easily customize and print your own color labels.
