The AF200 is a semi-automatic labelling machine designed to apply labels to flat surfaced containers. Labels are applied simply by pressing a button or using the supplied foot pedal.

The intuitive setup and easy operation of the AF200 enable very good placement of the labels. A practical calculation tool is included in the delivery and enables the values ​​and the correct spacing of the labels to be determined quickly and accurately. These values ​​can be easily entered, saved and called up via the LCD display.

The ultrasonic media sensor detects the gaps between labels more reliably than mechanical flag sensors commonly found in comparable devices. This means that the AF200 labels consistently and reliably even on thin materials. The labels are applied evenly, efficiently and with consistent accuracy.

Designed for flat or nearly flat surfaces. Ideal for lids, stand-up pouches, small boxes and packaging.
